Arrival and departure:
Rooms are available to guests on the day of arrival from 13.00 onwards. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate rooms by 9.30 a.m.
Could you kindly let us know if you will be arriving after 6.00 p.m. otherwise we shall feel free to rent out your room.
Booking cancellations:
It sounds annoying and is annoying for all of us. It is a pity when rooms remain unoccupied when others would have liked the opportunity to stay. However, it can happen to anyone.
Our request is for you to inform us within plenty of time. We try to be tolerant. Up to one month of your arrival the cancellation is free of charge. By short notice of cancellation we will charge you for the room for 3 days. If you need to leave before this time, the charge counts the same for early department. By cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.
Payment:
We do not accept any credit cars or maestro card. There is bank and a cash machine nearby.
Deposit:
For confirmation please make a deposit of 30 % of the booking price. You receive the required bank data together with your booking confirmation.
